01 Acceptance of rekor11 Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and rekor11 ("Platform", "We"). These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the rekor11 platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, betting activity, and all other interactions with our services.

Rekor11 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms from time to time without prior notice. Any amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms applicable to your use of the platform.

02 rekor11 Membership Eligibility

To register and use the rekor11 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years at the time of registration.
• Malaysian citizens or permanent residents currently residing in Malaysia.
• Hold a valid and active Malaysian phone number.
• Not listed on any relevant voluntary self-exclusion programme.
• Has not previously had a rekor11 account terminated for fraud or breach of terms.
• Act on your own behalf and not as a representative of any third party.

Rekor11 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If it is established that a member does not meet the minimum age requirement, the account will be terminated immediately and all funds in the account may be fully forfeited in accordance with platform policy.

03 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one rekor11 account only. Registration using false information, holding multiple accounts or registering on behalf of another person is prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful and complete information, including your full name as per your identification card, an active Malaysian phone number and a valid email address. rekor11 reserves the right to verify this information at any time, particularly during the withdrawal process.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keep your rekor11 account username and password confidential at all times.
• Ensure that no other party accesses your account without your authorisation.
• Notify rekor11 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• Keep your account information up to date whenever any changes occur.

Rekor11 will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account login credentials secure.

04 Deposits & Payment Methods

All deposits into your rekor11 account are made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) with no currency conversion fees or hidden charges. The minimum deposit is RM20 per transaction.

Rekor11 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian digital payment methods:

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. rekor11 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit suspected to originate from an unauthorised source will be withheld and investigated in accordance with the platform's compliance procedures.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your rekor11 account are subject to the following conditions. The minimum withdrawal is RM50 per transaction. You may only withdraw funds to the same account or payment platform used for the original deposit.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Regular Member: 30 minutes to 2 hours after the request is approved.
• VIP Member: Less than 5 minutes for express withdrawals.
• First Withdrawal (KYC Required): Up to 24 hours for identity verification purposes.

Rekor11 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents before processing any withdrawal. Documents that may be required include a copy of your Malaysian identification card (MyKad) and proof of payment method. The KYC process is a standard security measure to protect your account.

Any bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied. Cash balances that have met all conditions may be withdrawn at any time without restriction.

06 rekor11 Bonus & Promotions Terms

Rekor11 offers a range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, reload bonuses and a VIP loyalty programme. Each bonus is subject to wagering requirements and specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page.

General terms applicable to all rekor11 bonuses:

• All bonuses are available to one account per individual, phone number, IP address or device.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash before the wagering requirements have been met.
• Rekor11 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus where there is evidence of abuse or attempts to manipulate promotional terms.
• Unused bonuses within the stated validity period will expire automatically.
• Wagering with bonus funds may be restricted to certain game categories as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

Weekly cashback of up to 15% is calculated based on net losses from Monday to Sunday and credited every Monday. Cashback received is subject to a 1x wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted.

07 General Betting Rules

All betting activity on the rekor11 platform — whether football, Live Casino, slots, e-sports or virtual sports — is subject to the following general rules:

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled by the member.
• Rekor11 reserves the right to void or cancel any bet where a significant technical error in odds display has occurred.
• Bets placed after the designated cut-off time for an event will be automatically voided.
• In the event a football match is postponed or cancelled before the full 90 minutes are completed, all related bets will be fully refunded.
• Rekor11 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet from any member without being required to provide a reason.
• Any attempt to exploit system errors, software bugs, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

For football betting in particular, the odds displayed reflect current market values and are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds applied to your bet are those in effect at the time of confirmation, not when you first begin filling out your betting slip.

08 Prohibited Activities

Using the rekor11 platform for any of the following activities is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and legal action:

• Identity Fraud: Using false information, another person's identity or forged documents during registration or verification.
• Automation & Bots: Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to access or use the rekor11 platform without authorisation.
• Money Laundering: Using the rekor11 platform to transfer or conceal funds derived from illegal activities.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of bets or casino games.
• System Hacking: Any attempt to access rekor11's backend systems, databases, or infrastructure without authorisation.
• Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly or exploiting promotional terms in ways that were not intended.
• Betting on Behalf of Others: Using a rekor11 account to receive or process bets on behalf of other individuals or entities.

Rekor11 employs a sophisticated fraud detection system to monitor suspicious activity on the platform. Any account suspected of involvement in prohibited activities will be temporarily suspended pending investigation and a final decision.

09 Account Closure & Suspension

Rekor11 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
• Fraud, illegal activity, or any attempt to manipulate the platform.
• Requests from law enforcement agencies or regulatory bodies.
• Death of the account holder (subject to next-of-kin verification procedures).
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.

You may also voluntarily close your rekor11 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, any eligible cash balance will be returned to you once all wagering requirements have been met. Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements will not be refunded.

10 rekor11 Liability Limits

Rekor11 strives to keep the platform running uninterrupted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we cannot guarantee continuous platform availability and accept no liability for any losses arising from:

• Technical disruptions, system maintenance, or service failures beyond rekor11's control.
• Delays, errors, or data loss during the transmission of information over the internet.
• Actions by third parties such as internet service providers or payment platforms.
• Natural disasters, power outages, or other force majeure events.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the rekor11 platform.

In all circumstances, rekor11's maximum liability to any member is limited to the amount of unused deposits held in that member's account at the time of the relevant incident.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

Rekor11 takes the protection of our members' personal data seriously. The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is carried out in accordance with Privacy Policy rekor11, which forms part of these terms and conditions.

By registering at rekor11, you agree to:

• Granting rekor11 permission to process your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, and legal compliance.
• Receiving account-related communications, promotions and platform updates via email or SMS (you may unsubscribe at any time).

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be interpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
